"This place is very unresponsive. They took my sons application fee and told him “come back tomorrow to sign the lease”. He went back. He was told it wasn’t clean to go back the next day. Which he did. Then they said they were in a meeting. So he decided he was going to call before going since he was having to miss work for this. Zero answer. The apartment manager NEVER answers the phone. Never returns calls. Several Facebook messages were sent we well. Kinda sounds like they didn’t have an apartment available but still had my son do the application and pay the fee under false pretenses…Knowing they didn’t have anything available. That could be presumptuous of me…. but I can definitely say this is bad business. Still to this day they have not contacted my son to at least give an update. Very unprofessional"

"Honestly it’s not worth it they randomly raised my rent with out even telling us they did and I’ve had so many issues from not having air conditioning during the scalding summer even though they said they just replaced them before we moved in, to eroded washer hook ups that they just taped and said there it’s fixed. Several of our plug in outlets our broken and yes Ive asked them to fix them and they came in to fix them and left with nothing fixed. We had to experience bed bugs and believe me when I say they weren’t from us I didn’t even know those things were real before I moved here it’s disgusting but they claimed it’s bedbug free. When we brought it up to maintenance we just recieved a can of spray for them but he had it on hand like it’s normal… I do have good memories here aswell it wasn’t all bad but it wasn’t worth what we had to pay."

"I loved living here! The apartments are spacious, comfortable and really nice. Cindy, the property manager, is professional, knowledgeable, kind, funny and always ready to help. Richard, the maintenance person, is amazing, hard working, personable and helpful. If I ever move back to Big Spring I won't live anywhere but here."

"I am a current residence here at bent tree apartments. I have lived here since November 2017 and so far i enjoy it. When i first moved in i wasnt fond of the property manager she was not manager material and the maintenance guys were horrible didnt know what they were doing and literally did nothing to fix stuff.Then they brought in Brittany Pool and Anthony and they made a 360 and have done such a great job keeping up with this place. Now the complex is older so if your looking for new then this isnt for you , but if your looking for great staff, quiet environment, and family friendly complex then this is for you. Anytime i pick an apartment i always go based off of reviews."

"We been here a year and haven't had any major issues, our heater went out recently and the maintenance man was on top of the job as soon as we put in the work order, they even called out the professionals and had our heater fixed the same day. I really like living here, it's a decent price for a 1 bedroom apartment and definitely 20 steps up from the Barcelona Apartments. The bent tree is like a luxury apartment compared to the Barcelona's. The only thing i don't underatand is the parking???... The parking spots used to be assigned by apartment number but I guess some people can't read and now we all have to pay a 10 dollars a month for a parking spot. We are allowed to call a tow truck :) so whoever parks in my spot that I pay for I will be Towing your car. Other than that I like living at Bent Tree Apatments, it's really nice. :)"
