"My wife and I have been residents of Indian Creek Apartments for the past 2 years and just renewed for another year. We have lived in a variety of complexes prior to this, and Indian Creek is hands down the best the overall experience we have had. INGORE the dishonest negative reviews - they always seem to come from disgruntled ex-residents. Laura, the property manager, is absolutely and unequivocally the most polite, professional, flexible, and attentive apartment manager I've ever encountered. All of our maintenance tickets have been resolved in a timely manner and management is communicative throughout the process. Our favorite part of living at Indian Creek is the family/neighborly atmosphere and the quiet/peaceful environment. Additionally, the leasing rates are materially more attractive compared to most, if not all, other properties in Lubbock. If you value a quiet family neighborhood with excellent management, look no further than Indian Creek Apartments!"

"I was a first time renter here. If I could put a 0 star review I would. It’s in a nice neighborhood with a very snobbish manager. The 3 months I lived there, the AC worked for less than half of the time I was there. She even tried saying we owed her money. Turns out she got our accounts “mixed up” with someone else’s. And we owed nothing. then suddenly got evicted for reasons that appalled me! . Simply not worth the money you’ll be spending. And certainly not worth becoming homeless all because they decided to pick on you and turn your life upside down for nothing. All because she can. Absolutely awful place to live!!"

"If I could rate 0 I would. Under the impression everything was good by the end of my lease LAST year. Received no further notification and now a report on my credit opened this year. Tried to call but the landlord was very rude and did not provide details. Got hung up on and my number was block when trying to call back. She is very unprofessional and does not help. I would advise looking elsewhere!"

"I have lived at Indian Creek for over 20 years. All issues have been taken care of quickly and efficiently - whether it's repairs or people being inconsiderate. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best place I have ever lived. These other people with negative posts - they broke the contract and are upset because they didn't hold up their responsibilities. This is my home, not just a temporary living place. I recommend it for a safe place to live."
