"I reached out for information a month before my event. She quoted me $305 for the pony and $150 for the petting zoo. I paid the deposit. The next day I needed to change the event address I texted her no response.The next day I had to text again. The week of my event I texted her to confirm we were good and asked if rain would be an issue. I had my daughter’s whole preschool class anxiously waiting for the day of the party just for the animals. I also had a professional photographer coming. With rain in the forecast I was a little nervous and uneasy. Over 20 hours with no response. I sent another text the next morning no response. I frantically began looking for another company, luckily I found Party Time Mobile Petting Zoo. I texted Brenda again and said i didn’t need her services anymore. I then left a quick review on Google. About 15 min after that she calls me asking to please remove my review. I said if you refund my deposit I’ll delete it she said no. She is a scammer that doesn’t know how to run a business. Almost 24 hours with no response, less than a week from my event when her animals were the highlight is unacceptable! She couldn’t respond to my text but she called right after I posted my review says a lot!"

"Amazing petting zoo with at an amazing price! I couldn’t recommend them more! They were on time, so professional, and absolutely made my daughters whole birthday an amazing experience. I actually changed my number and forgot to update with them and they were calling me to confirm the morning of, and after no response they still showed up right on time, which I was very grateful for!! Thank you so so much again!"
