"I contacted this company as I had to organise a group booking for a cruise and they were quick to reply and answer any questions. Their website is one of the easiest to navigate and get all the special offers that might be going. When they send you your request, the information is clearly displayed, and it gives you the price in all the different currencies. It was not meant to be this time round as the cruise was full for our needs, but we definitely will use them again."
"I asked to be booked on a cruise, in suite, just like they booked us on before. Trusting the sales person, I let him book us. A week later, I got to looking at the room he booked us in. It was a suite but it was 1/2 the size, on the back of the boat where the kids are and facing the interior of the ship. I told him I didn't want to pay for that type of room. He was able to move us to a junior suite, but it was still 1/2 the size and we don't get the same treatments as the suite room I wanted in the first place. I asked for a refund and they told me the $1270 was non refundable. I will not be doing business with this company again. I would have never paid for a room of this caliber in the first place had it been properly explained!"
