"Apex villas is truly the best place you could decide to live in Lubbock. When my roommate and I moved in, the apartment was deep cleaned and had no damages. We immediately were welcomed by the staff with welcome coffee mugs, and since that day they have been so sweet and helpful. They truly care about us as people, not as customers. One instance, we were away from home and believed we left the door unlocked, the sweet staff checked on it for us and called us back to confirm it was locked. In addition, the amenities are so nice and always so clean. Also, you can't beat the fast and helpful maintenance. They ALWAYS respond and fix the issue by the next day, and they are so respectful of our space when they are in it. The cherry on top is that it's always quiet and we have the sweetest neighbors all around us. Apex Villas is truly a great community, not just an apartment complex that only sees us as money in their pockets. LIVE HERE!!"
