"Great place. It is usually the people that skip out on rents and leave owing that complain. The pool was redone this past summer and the owner has sent out letters that the building will be painted and more work to fix up the place. My apartment had been completely redone with new floor and paint and appliance. The landlord is always cleaning up trash that people throw out of their cars and trimming and mowing. I called to have my water heater looked at and he came and changed the water heater element within the hour."

"Rent keep going up and appliance don't work right. If your dishwasher work you have one but if it doesn't your told if it work it work ifnot you dont have one. Waiting a month for new stove that doesn't brown is not acceptable."
