"TERRIBLE! Booked an appointment 2 months in advance.The day before the appointment they called me to say that the person who booked my appointment didn’t book the appointment for the appropriate time slot so therefore I would have to reschedule.They tried scheduling for the following YEAR so I did speak to somebody and they ended up making me an appointment. Drove all the way into Austin and got terrible service from the doctor. Terrible bedside manner. I had a miscarriage a year ago, and I was asking for advice/information on how to get pregnant again. She told me to get one of the pamphlets from the waiting room and do the opposite of what it said.totally blown away. I also had labs and a well woman exam done. a month later and they still haven’t called me for results.Will never go back.Would not recommend"
