My first appointment with smile-haus I explain that I knew my teeth would not be in good condition because I had not been to the dentist on year. Instead of giving me a hard time about my issues, they said the most important thing was I was here now. They went and made a treatment plan and explained all the steps need to be taken. I am someone who never developed a couple of adult teeth to push out my baby teeth and they needed to be removed .During the extraction of these baby teeth, the doctors were patient with the time it took to get my mouth numb enough for the procedure. They also let me keep the teeth, which I had made into a ring. The next step in the treatment plan was scale and rooting. The hygienist was very understanding and patient with me fear of the procedure. The entire staff is wondering. They also scheduled appointments through texts and if you are like me and hate talking on the phone, that is a relief."
