Twice I scheduled an appointment, came in, checked in and waited only for them to tell me they can't give my child the vaccines because they don't have them in stock. One pro tip is to check you can provide a service before the client arrives and waits for an hour."

"I've been trying to get in touch for weeks already. No one is taking the calls coming in. I called twice one day and now I'm calling today. Same thing. No one answers the phone. I've been one hold for over 1 hour today. Not mentioning the previous 24 minute phone call earlier. Well over 1 hour and 30 mins wasted holding the phone."

"I would rate this experience a nightmare and a zero if I could. The Doc over here at the office in Hutto has a number that’s wrong and I can’t fill my son’s prescription. I tried going thru the 1800 number and the nurse is was supposed to call and no call back. They were supposed to call me back two days ago. Now I’m here in person at the clinic and told them to fix the docs number so my son can get his meds and I’ve been sitting here for over an hour. The Doc called my wife at work?????? Even though I’m sitting in her lobby. I see now why there is such a low star rating."

"Dr.Malik is just the kindest soul, and a wonderful pediatrician. I enjoy seeing her every time, she answers all my questions, and never makes me feel rushed, or that she is judging me as a mom. The MA's are nice, but just doing their jobs and move on (vitals, shots, they get the hard jobs). Front desk, Naomi was very kind to us, as she is every time we go, there are times when she is alone at the front, which I know is difficult. She handles it with grace. Obviously there is a wait, it is a MD office, and that is how they are! I haven't had a bad experience here, thank you all."
