"They never sent out my sample for a culture. When I didn’t get the results back 6 days later, I was worried about exactly that. I called for the results and relayed that I don’t feel any better. The feedback I got was, “if we didn’t call you, the results aren’t back.” 2 days later, they called and confessed that they never sent the sample. They will get back to me about refunding that test in TWO WEEKS. Or they’ll forget that too. TBD. Will not be back."

"Providers are decent, most of the staff are friendly, but the overall wait time is unacceptable. I've been here 3x over the past few years and I'm averaging at least 2 hours from check in to check out. Keeping in mind that's after being told to come in via the online check in process. In theory, that should mean there is availability. At least that's how it works at other urgent care facilities. In addition, these were all relatively simple diagnoses. 99% of the time is waiting in the waiting room or office. This needs to be resolved. Your patients time is valuable too."
