"Awful, awful place. Management is very unprofessional and disorganized. It is difficult for the tenants to get a hold of them to express their needs. The buildings are falling apart. Maintenance does not keep up with cleaning the air ducts. There's mold in the walls. The tenants themselves show so much strife. It's a very sad place."

"So im trying to move a lady out of #203 atamby lane apartments. I have 2 employees busting their butts moving her. A black guy comes up to me and tells me my employees are making her move her own stuff as my guys are walking by us with her furniture. I told the guy to go away. He pulls a silver pocket knife out of me and tries to cut me. Chasing me. Apparently the guy lives below #203 and works here at lamby lane. GHETTO!! IM FILING CHARGES!!"

"A close friend of mine has lived here for about six years and management won't fix his ceiling in the bathroom. It has been leaking water from the upstairs apartment for about two years now. It is coming from a cracked bathtub so whenever the people upstairs take a bath or shower it leaks down and has made a huge hole in the ceiling!! So all the dirty water falls all in his bathroom and makes a big mess. Not including all the mold and rotting sheet rock. Feel really bad for my friend. Wouldn't recommend anyone to live there!!! Plus they keep raising his rent!!!!"
