"Crackheads stand outside my window day and night. They're daily knocking on my door begging for money. We can't use our washer or dryers anymore because they broke into them for the quarters. They sometimes lock themselves in the laundry room, and I can't check my mail. They steal my mail on a regular basis. I've complained to Blaze Real Estate (our current managers), and they don't do anything. It's not safe here. We're all scared to leave our apartments. Nobody cleans up after their dogs either. One of the neighbors poops on the lawn regularly. It's a real nightmare here."

"*Updated 10/31/2023 Apartment complex is now run down after the owner sold to a real estate company that doesn't even manage on site. There are frequent drug deals done at this complex. There are people high on drugs walking around the complex at all hours of the day and night. Our laundry machines were broken into a few days ago by them looking for quarters lol. A friend actually got me in this place as it wasn't even on google maps till I added it a few days ago.Rent is at a great price and gas and water is free so you are getting a good run for your money. I decided to stay here after lease was over when I lived in Amarillo because it was quiet, in a nice location, and the lease goes month to month after the initial 6-month period, just be courteous and give them a 30-day notice. Mostly older people that live here too so it's quiet, almost too quiet.""
