"Don't rent from this place!! They never fix anything, they always have the water off and they will pad your final bill!! My mom lived there for 12 years and they treated her like she needed to move out because she had lived there long enough. She paid a $900 deposit and they still want her to pay another $900! They charged her for carpet cleaning AND carpet replacement! They even charged her for the blind replacement. I seriously doubt they even changed the carpet. It was dirty when she moved in. The plumbing never worked. Her toilets were constantly clogged. They pieced together 1 toilet that should have been changed completely. They never had pest control spray. We had to spray her apartment inside and out for her. There are much better and safer places to live than this horrible place."

"I lived here with my wife and kiddo a few years back. At first it seemed like a great place. Then reality set in. The manager lady was a complete disgrace to apartment managers everywhere. We lived on the second floor and had a/c issues as soon as summer started and we needed it most. It ran 24/7 (I am not exaggerating) and could not keep our little two bedroom apartment cooled. After multiple phone calls and in-person visits to the office they finally came out to fix it. Except it wasn't fixed. Then we went through that same process again. And again. And again. By the time fall came around we still did not have a working a/c and we were completely fed up with the monthly utility bill (water and electric combined). We were paying $240-270 a month for all the electricity that unit was using just to keep our apartment at 80 degrees. We even showed the manager a couple of our bills and she pretended like she was horrified when in all actuality she didn't have a care in the world. Needless to say we moved out when the lease was up. I would not recommend staying here. At all. If you value your money and health, go stay somewhere that costs $150 more a month in rent. You'll still wind up saving money compared to this place."

"I lived here a few years ago before moving off and now have lived here after moving back for a year and a half. I like the new management and i feel like they have pretty on spot maintenance. The grounds are well kept and any maintenance needs are met pretty promptly. I've had no problems with fees or rent. I most love the convenience of the location. It's very close to the hospitals, shopping and grocery stores, yet tucked into a pretty quiet neighborhood. I'm not sure what the awful complaints are about. If you don't mess around and pay rent late too often or break the rules, it's honestly a good place to live"

"I lived there for a year. Payed all my rent before it was due and left the apartment looking the same way as when I moved in and then was refused my security deposit back and then they are trying to say I owe them $500 for things that were not messed up! Awful management, that keeps changing. Big scam I would never recommend these apartments to anyone."
