"I lived in apt 201 for 2 years. It was a terrible experience. My apartment would flood at least once a month. The maintenance man David would tell me “the pipes are old. Nothing we can do.” I had mold growing and was told to clean it with bleach. One day the plumbing was so bad in rained in my restroom for 2 days. Another maintenance guy came at 10:00pm to fix the raining. He drilled a hole in the ceiling and then duck taped the pipe. This hole stayed there for 2 months before I decided I would just move out. Move out cost are expensive and they have poor customer service."
"College student lived here for 5 years. Great experience. He NEVER paid a late rent payment in those 5 years. When he moved out, he paid the last rent payment. They called shortly after and said he did not owe that but unfortunately, they had already processed the payment. They told us they would send refund. We received confirmation letter stating we were owed a refund. It’s been OVER 3 months since we were told we were owed a refund!! 2 days before his move out date, the carport fell on his truck in the parking lot. Of course, we still haven’t heard from apartment insurance, either. Where is our overpayment refund and vehicle damage refund? Who has it? They gave us corporate phone number. Of course, no one answers. If you pay late rent payment, you are charged a fee. I’m thinking the same rule should apply here, on our behalf. Be AWARE people!!"
"Talked to residents, and the pool has not work in several years. They clean it for pictures only! If you claim amenities you should let people know it doesn't work. Update: owner says pool has been open all summer. Here is proof from residents. Plus I just left there. The gate is locked on the gate!"
"Unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else, their apartments are falling apart, since the day we moved in we had problems..our move in day after we rented our moving truck and had all our stuff ready to move in they tried to tell us our apartment wasn't ready and we'd have to wait a week they didn't bother calling at all earlier that day or at all, we've had a huge crack in our wall by the window in the living room we have called maintenance 3 times to get it fixed its been 8 months water comes through and there is an outlet underneath so there's that fire hazard, in the summer me and my 2yr old were in our apartment without a air conditioner the maintenance lied about fixing it my baby was sweating from her head because it was so hot and now my husband just came back from the military and we asked for an extension of a few days to pay litterally less than half of the rent and automatically started charging us $100 per day and got a vacant notice on our door the very next day. Oh and the dishwasher sucks, the doors wont shut and they let themselves into your apartment when they feel like it i asked for them to call me before entering because it was uncomfortable. Update: We would love to terminate our lease, we have talked to the new manager, she was nice at 1st but still nothing has gotten fixed we are just done with this place."
"My husband got a job down there, so we needed a cheaper apartment because we still have a mortgage back home. Let me tell you cheaper is not always better!! The hot water in the shower stopped working about a month after moving in, he reported it, and when he moved out 4 months later, it still wasn't working. The ceilings are paper thin and you could literally hear the neighbors upstairs getting busy! One of the last times i came down for a visit, my in-laws found a used condom in the parking lot. Not to mention the broken glass that was in the parking lot the whole time he lived there. I've tried to call the manager two times to discuss the final bill about cleaning charges (not sure what the deposit was for), and she was "on the phone" both times...no call back either time. When my husband gets done with military duties next year, we will not be living in these apartments. They and the management is terrible."
