"By far the worst medical establishment I have worked with. First, I try for months to get them to see my referral, even my doctor at Ascension Seton Nuerology couldn't get them to find me. When calling, they refer you to another number or transfer you in one big circle (I spent literal hours on the phone getting the run around). Secondly, they finally contact me 3 months later about the study and go to set up an in house study for me, then radio silence. No contact on how to do the in house study, but I got the device in the mail with no instructions or contact. The only contact I have had with them since is them trying to bill me 4.5 thousand dollars for the sleep study I haven't even taken. Seriously gross incompetence with everything surrounding this."
