"New management is terrible, has caused so many issues in just the short amount of time they've taken over and the you can't get a hold of anyone for emergencies. Ridiculous when this facility's primary residents are the elderly and disabled. Very disappointed in the quality of their customer service towards residents."
"Do not clean the apts when your family member dies they will rob you of every cent of the deposit and charge you more on top of that, I spent a week cleaning top to bottom and they still stolen 300 dollars saying thing were wrong that wasn't I even ask for a check list of things wrong when he moved in and was told they didnt do that, SO FAMILIES make sure you get a MOVE IN check list of everything wrong before moving in, take pictures and protect yourselfs from theses thieves...."
