"I'm so happy I finally found the best Chiropractor in the area. Dr. Jones is kind and very considerate to all his patients. He has a great office staff too. I've been to a few other really awful chiropractors in the area who use harsh equipment. I'm always happy to see him and his lovely, friendly staff who are always happy to see their patients. He also has happy interns who I'm sure learn a lot from him. He knows how to treat all that ails you."
"I fell and twisted my ankle. ER told me it was a sprain and to use crutches for two weeks. I saw Dr Jones who wrapped my ankle and instructed me on natural remedies for swelling and pain. I was walking normal two days later. He does a great job of listening to symptoms and giving holistic solutions. Highly recommended them!"
"My elderly mother recently had a very disappointing experience at Williamson County Integrative Medicine, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others, especially the elderly, who may be vulnerable to their unethical practices. This clinic shamelessly scams unsuspecting patients, particularly targeting them for expensive and ineffective neuropathy treatment. First and foremost, the neuropathy treatment offered at this clinic is outrageously expensive ($8000 and up for 12 treatments). They prey on the hope and desperation of elderly individuals suffering from neuropathy, charging exorbitant fees for treatments that have little to no proven effectiveness. They use fear-mongering tactics, convincing patients that failure to undergo their treatments will lead to worsening conditions like being unable to walk, making it difficult for vulnerable individuals to decline their services. Secondly, they failed to properly diagnose the cause of her neuropathy making her light therapy and electrode treatment a complete shot in the dark. Their diagnosis was solely based on a brief consultation and a few general physical tests. This raises concerns about the accuracy and validity of their diagnosis, and whether they are abiding by the guidelines of the Texas Board of Chiropractic (in which I have also file a complaint to protect other elderly patients). The most disheartening aspect of my mother's experience was realizing that the treatment she received was completely ineffective. Despite the hefty price tag, the promised relief from neuropathy symptoms was nowhere to be found. She felt deceived and taken advantage of, as the clinic had given her false hope and failed to deliver any tangible results. It is clear that their priority is financial gain rather than genuinely helping their patients. I strongly urge anyone considering seeking neuropathy treatment at Williamson County Integrative Medicine to thoroughly research alternative options before committing to their services. It is crucial to consult with reputable healthcare professionals who prioritize evidence-based treatments and have a genuine interest in their patients' well-being. Do not be stuck with an $8,000 debt and zero relief. In conclusion, my experience at Williamson County Integrative Medicine was deeply disappointing. The clinic's unethical practices, including targeting vulnerable individuals with expensive and ineffective treatments, should serve as a warning to others. Please exercise caution and explore other trusted sources of treatment before considering this clinic as an option."
"I liked Dr. Jones but I have a beef with the website. It states they accept insurance. They do not. Also, they do ask you to pay for treatments up front. In my case, this would have meant paying for 24 treatments, which I simply cannot afford. His adjustment cost $137. Other chiropractors in the area do not charge so much, do accept insurance and don't expect you to pay up front. However, Dr. Jones and his team provide a very holistic approach, so if you can afford it, he provides treatment options that others do not. Also, he may get results where others do not. Because of the lack of clarity on the website, I am dinging them a couple of stars; however, I do think that if you can afford it, it's worth talking to Dr. Jones since he has a unique approach. In particular, there is nutritional information that his team provides that could help a lot of people."
"Friendly staff and great facility. Dr. Jones was incredibly kind and really listened to what was bothering me in my back. I’ve had medical professionals who didn’t even ask me what was wrong but Dr. Jones really cares about his patients. Definitely recommend"
