"I started out with Dr. Z’s office two years ago. It was a great experience until recently. He has great communication with his patients and he seems to genuinely care about the patients Tanya made everything run smoothly, She wore many hats within the office. There wasn’t anything She didn’t do there! At time I would have given a five star rating however, with the recent changes and Tanya is no longer with the staff (so unfortunate) that is the reason for the one star rating I called the office two weeks ago many times for a request to have a prescription updated and it has not been done nor have I received a callback from the new office staff member or Dr Z. The new office seem to be very overwhelmed (mixing up patients prescriptions, mine included) and not returning calls as they should in a timely manner. I’m confused how a STAFF can’t keep up w/the patient load that 1 person once did?! It’s time to find another Dr, I’m very disappointed!!"

"Juan ZUBIETA is the worst doctor I have ever had, and his medical assistants as well these people had my address my phone number and email completely wrong. I called and stated I was having pain a week ago #1 the assistant never told the doctor she lied and said he told me to take over the counter medication until my appointment next week. The appointment was scheduled for 1/15/24 at 4pm. I traveled across town to the appointment just for them to be closed. I call today and get a appointment and then come in at 1:20 soon as I tell Juan, what has been happening and that I never received a call he blames me said they called me then pulls up a number completely wrong then tells me it’s my fault I should have changed it. I said how was I supposed to knit was wrong I didn’t catch my phone number I caught the email and address I gave them completely wrong. I asked last week why I couldn’t see my results on the portal the assistants had no clue and had me to create 2accounts still nothing. But I walked out my appointment because he began raising his voice and yelling as if I was in the wrong. That was only my second appointment. When I seen him the first time after my doctor referred him he rubbed me wrong when he tried to jokingly play about my hormones etc. I will be reporting and never going back HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️"

"I love everything about this facility. The staff is wonderful and everybody makes you feel very welcomed. Dr Z is so caring, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. I am so very fortunate to now be a patient of this establishment. Highly recommend!"

"Dr Z is BEYOND amazing!!!!!!! In such a chaotic and worsening time for me and my family, I found this clinic and I feel it was God that lead us to Dr Z He is compassionate and attentive, he is very informative and knowledgeable and will explain things in FULL as many times as you need to understand the exact course of action . He is very blunt and honest. He lets you decide your level of comfortability, he tells you his plan of action but he reminds you how you are always in control. From the very first visit, he made a point to assure me that my over all health and longevity was his goal and focus. Dr Z stays on top of things and I never feel unimportant when calling the office with a question or concern! Even when busy, the experience is always with the patient in mind and considering their time and needs ! I have greatly appreciated his medical assistant Mrs. Tanya too !!!!!! She is amazing, efficient and has become like family since I have been in so much contact . I’m always greeted warmly and always taken seriously and I feel so supported with my care here !!!!!! Thank you all for all you do !!!! It’s truly more life saving then you all realize!"
