"I cannot say how thankful I am to have Dr. Pepper as my OBGYN. I recently went through a miscarriage and he was very empathetic through the process. Because my body had not passed the sac, he provided various methods to assist with this and I decided to go with D&C. The morning of the scheduled procedure, I started with excruciating cramps and a lot of bleeding. We called the clinic and they had us go in within the hour. Dr. Pepper was able to confirm that the sac was still there, sitting on the cervix. He decided to bump my procedure up rather than wait due to the severe pain I was in. I cannot say how thankful I am for him doing that. The staff was very kind and attentive."

"The NP is super sweet. The front desk attendant is not. I was not made aware of owing a balance which I would not have been able to pay until payday and they were refusing to let me in to have my birth control (which was causing me pain and health issues) removed. Now I'm in the negatives in my bank account. It would not bother me so much if they had not cancelled my previous appointment for removal and at this point I was so desperate to have it removed. I almost cut it out myself. The billing department and front desk lady need to take lessons from medical staff on bedside manner and compassion. Unfortunately I feel as if I'll need to find another practice if my husband and I do start a family."

"I've had the pleasure of seeing multiple doctors and nurse practitioners at both their South Austin location, and after moving, their Pflugerville location. After I became pregnant, I went under Dr. Pepper's care and I cannot say enough great things about him! I was in great hands at all my prenatal visits (there were MANY due to some high risk factors), and during the entire labor and delivery. I'm forever thankful for his guidance and expertise!"
