"If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this center in 2020 and paid for my treatment even before my sessions insurance claims were processed. After I got my EOB, I confirmed that I had covered the cost of my treatment. Then the shady nickel and diming started. Every few months, I'll get a $13 bill here, $8 bill there. I kept paying up until this year, almost two years after my treatment, I got a bill for $14. I disputed this and got no explanation other than a threat to use the credit agencies to damage my credit score if the debt was sent to collections. They followed through with that threat. Avoid this facility until they sort out their accounting properly."

"Dr. Tim Kruchowsky is the best Physical Therapist I have ever had. I have had neck problems which he has definitely helped to ease the pain. Then lately I tore a muscle in my rotator cuff and his help has been indispensable! He explains which exercises help and why, even demonstrating with a physical copy of the joint that is damaged. I can absolutely recommend him!"
