"Gabby was amazing. Easy and friendly check in. Sandy was the best. She made me feel very comfortable. After talking to her I knew I was in good hands! Dr Carothers I believe is the best Dr out there. He is very thorough and listened to all my concerns. He does not rush through his appt. He listened and addressed every concern I had. At no point in my visit from start to finish did I feel rushed! Excellent care!"

"I used adc’s online portal to book an appointment and got a email saying awaiting confirmation. Next day I got a call which the sick me couldn’t attend and the voicemail said they are calling to confirm appointment. When I got the message I called them back and had to leave a voicemail, but they never called me back that day. On the day of the appointment, morning I got a call from nurse saying that the appointment is taken by someone and I don’t have any appointment for days to come.. Everyone on the family was really sick and we need to see a doctor immediately but now I am stuck with no appointment. The same way I have booked 2 appointments for my daughters. The respective nurses called and since they didn’t get hold of me they assumed we are coming and appointments were confirmed. They don’t have proper processes setup for appointments, so don’t surprise if your appointment get cancelled"

"Dr Carothers is always pleasant and professional. He is easy to talk to. It's usually a short wait too. The office building is in a great location and easily accessible. Of course it's very clean and the staff is so pleasant as well!"

"Brought son in. They made up a random address for me, sent the bill there, and 6 months later turned into collections for not paying. The medical staff is fine, but their billing department is a disaster."
