"I hate dealing with all insurance, especially health insurance. I always feel like I'm being ripped off, running into situations I bought insurance to cover but turns out there's an exclusion, and that policies are overly complicated so so the company can give us less than we thought we were paying for. Ron is awesome. He was first recommended to me when I was looking to providing insurance for my employees. He found a great policy both I and my employees could afford. I had a 90% take rate and I felt good about what I was providing. Nobody ever complained about coverage or price. Unfortunately I lost my primary customer and the business a couple years later. When I got a job with a company that provided insurance options, I changed to their insurance. It was a horrible mistake that cost me so much money. The insurance was more expensive than what I already had, covered less, and had all of these exclusions and exceptions. After a year and a half, I went back with Ron and got personal insurance through him and dropped my company insurance. And again his insurance was cheaper better and he explained the policies clearly and concisely so I understood what I was getting and what I was not getting. I was promoted up into the company as VP, and before it was time to renew our insurance policy for the company I got run to give us a quote. The insurance he quoted was really good and affordable for both employees and the company. Unfortunately, the owners of the company that I was working for didn't actually want anybody to sign up for insurance. So they did not go with Ron's offer and instead went with the much much more expensive and poor plan from another agent. Their goal was to actually not provide insurance for their employees because as long as they offered insurance, even if nobody signed up for it, it didn't cost them anything. The worst part though, was I believe the owners may have reached out to Ron for their personal insurance needs. Of course this has nothing to do with Ron, this was their poor ethics. After quitting the company a few years later, and went back to Ron for an adjustment of my plan. He got me another great plan I could afford. Now my personal needs are about to change again and I'm about to reach out to Ron for a plan that will fit my future needs. I have 100% confidence he will deliver again."
