"Horrible customer service wasn’t helped like I should of been referred here by my doctor, she told the most I would have to pay was 40 to 60 dollars. Took a stamped paper by my doctor and the lady still said I would have to pay full price for my lab work. She was very rude also. Wasted my time"

"I have gone to this lab 2 times now and had a great experience with the phlebotomist. People complain about the wait times and the attitudes of the staff but honestly the most important thing to me is the competency of the person who is drawing my blood. I have tiny veins that are barely visible, roll and barely bleed. Most labs have multiple people stick me multiple times and sometimes wouldn't even be able to get all the blood needed. So to me competency of the phlebotomist is most important. The girls here are on point. 10 vials of blood done quickly, still 2 sticks but like I said.. my veins! I've been stuck 30 times once to get what was needed. I actually wrote down her name to make sure i can request her again. She said her and the other woman there have both been doing this for over 20 years and are both just as competent. Thank you for making my labs a great experience. See you guys in 6 months."

"Easy to make an appointment, and I was in and out very quick. It wasn't a super friendly environment, just people doing jobs and getting you out as soon as possible."

"This attending nurse is rude. Telling straightforward Im late, and I wasn’t. She insisted i am. I was 20mins early for my appointment, she didn’t even ask for my name if i was the one late. Instead straight up told me “YOU ARE LATE”. She then realized it was not me, she didnt even say SORRY WRONG PERSON APOLOGIZE FOR COMING UP TO YOU LIKE THAT. Putting a note “be nice to your staff or you will be asked to leave?” Are you kidding me? So your staff is allowed to be rude to your customers? Come on! That is rude, medicine should practice hospitality that includes personality."

"There is a kiosk where you enter your name and cell number to check in. Then you wait. I did not like that the wait tile was 15 minutes and there is only one chair in the small waiting room and it was taken. So I awkwardly stood in a corner waiting to be called in."
