"Horrible bedside manner. Actually a minus in bedside manner - DNR is his go to with elderly patients and a "let's wrap this up" because you are dying attitude towards patient and family is his MO - we fired him from our mother's care at HCA Kingwood when he pushed her from having any hope to "hurry and die already" you are old and frail and a burden on society - I hate this man and do not recommend you let anyone you care or even don't care about see Chava."

"I work for a wheelchair DME company and we have been calling office for weeks no answer ever and you can not leave a VM due to VM inbox always says full, we have faxed chart note requests for weeks and still have received nothing. obviously no answers calls or checks VM for the office."

"The absolute worst experience. I brought my grandmother here looking for a new PCP that specifically handles elderly. We waited in the waiting room from 2:40-4:30 before we were seen. The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. They take nothing serious and the office, waiting room and in the back were absolutely disgusting. We waisted our time here leaving with no answers. And nothing to help my grandma. dr Chava didn’t answer any questions my grandma had and when she asked to have her urine checked for kidney infection they didn’t do so. We didn’t leave his office until 5:10. And majority of the time spent was waiting. There were only 1 ahead of us so I’m unsure why the wait was this long. Will definitely not be coming back."

"We moved my mother to Kingwood after my father died. She specifically wanted a geriatrician. Dr. Chava was the only one listed who sees patients. Most are strictly working with palliative care and nursing homes. So I called several times trying to set up an intro appointment. When I finally got in touch with someone I double checked on her insurance and was told they do not accept Medicare? A geriatric doctor that won’t accept Medicare? Had to find another doctor."

"I had a good experience at dr Chava office Staff was very nice and helpful The girls in the from desk were very knowledgeable about my medical questions, I have no problems with my referrals, the girl in the back was nice to me And took all my vitals signs in a timely manner, Dr Chava is wonderful doctor , he cares for his patients and had good bedside manners. I don’t have any problems getting my medicines He came highly recommended by the nurses at the HCA hospital my waiting time was okay I will be back , I Really feel positive about my experience"
