"Avoid at all cost. 2023 The office is clinically negligent and I have had to fight and beg for treatment and accountability or communication every step of the way."
"I hate to say "If i could give less stars I would", but the staff here are absolutely terrible and not cut out for customer service. After calling many times and leaving many voicemails, calls were never returned, and vital information was not given in a timely manner. Just about every time I call it goes to voicemail, which are not returned. The only positive for this review is that Dr. Hoggatt was very nice and did a great job. if, God forbid, you have to go here, see him."
"Still on hold after 2 hours and 30mins trying to reschedule because they canceled my appointment because doctor had a meeting to go too you would think they wouldn't have scheduled me for that day my time is money as well . I took the day off for this ... crazy now you why medical costs go up ."
"Horrible horrible. November of 2017 I had a kidney stone that presented itself and needed surgery. Dr. Matthew Hoggatt put the stent in and then we went about our way hoping that the stent would help get the stone to move. December of 2017 i go in for a check up to see if the stome has moved. It has not. We go to schedule a surgery to get he stone blasted for later on that month. Due to some financial issues the surgery had to be postponed until I could afford it. When I finally had the money I called to reschedule. Not once, not twice, not three times but numerous times I called trying to get in contact with the scheduler. I finally get ahold of some one and was transferred to Ashley who was going to be the temp for the normal scheduler who was on maternity leave. Ashley told me she was going to contact me when she had the schedule for the hospital so we could plan the day. That was January 2018. I have not heard from them since. But today, February 15th, 2018 I receive a bill for 146 dollars. So, in response to that bill is this. Until you can call your patients back and finish what you have started, you will not be receiving a cent from me."
"My husband went to South East Memorial and he got surgery done by Matthew Hoggatt. This guy is a rude person and don't care for his patients. He doesn’t have compassion for their pain and he gives a snobby attitude. If they try to give you this guy say NO and ask for someone else. His office doesn’t call back, they are rude and they like to talk back when you let them know there is a problem with their office and they talk to as you as you are the problem. I looked up Matthew Hoggatt and some of the review is saying the same thing. (Check out Vitals for this year on his attitude)"
