"I'm very pissed and unsatisfied. I got scammed, they charge $29 dollars per office visit without insurance but since they also accept insurance I ended up using my insurance and they charge my insurance company $250 dollars per office visit, that besides the $30 dollars copay. I got no blood work or anything done, the just checked my ears, I was there for ear pain and mi visit lasted 5 min max. When I called them to ask why they charge my insurance $250 they first tried to suggest I probably got some blood work and different tests and exams done, when I didn't and then when I told them I was just there just for a regular visit due to ear pain the front desk girl started stuttering and she didn't know what to answer to my question; she just blamed the insurance. Obviously the insurance got charge $250 because THEY REQUEST that amount for the visit. Please people DONT USE YOUR INSURANCE WITH THEM or better don't visit them all. They're up charging people with insurance which technically is stealing money. I'll get to the bottom of this and they'll be hearing from my lawyer office soon. SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!"
