"My mom was referred here to treat a shoulder injury, we spent 4 days trying to contact someone to schedule an appointment. We weren’t able to speak to anyone, just an automated message saying to leave your number for a call-back, which to this day (day 4) hasn’t come. We even went in person to get an appointment scheduled, with no luck. They had us fill out paperwork work and said the scheduler would give us a call, again, no call. I can’t speak to how they treat their patients l, but if it’s anything like they treat new/incoming patients, then I don’t recommend. Instead, if you need orthopedic care, check out UT Physicians Orthopedics or Southwest Orthopedic Group, if your insurance covers it. They actually answered the phone and provided us with available appointment times."

"Went to this clinic a while bad for a knee fracture. The staff was very knowledgeable and very attentive. Ended up going back and taking my mother and the experience was great. From the check-in staff, to the xray techs o the personnel in billing, all were top notch. My mother is elderly and they were so comforting with her. Dr. Jerolimek is the best and has wonderful staff to back him up."

"Very bad service and rude staff. They gave appointment for my handicap son on August 15 then they sent me massage saying my son appointment on August 16 I called more than 10 times to see which one is right, no body answers then I took my son and I drove more than 40 muinets to get there and the lady on front desk was very rude and told me you don’t have appointment today and your appointment was yesterday, I showed her the massage coming from them saying the appointment is today she told me I don’t know who sent you this message and nothing I can do , then told me we can give you another appointment on September 15 that means I have to wait another month to see the doctor. I asked to see the doctor and when the doctor came I try to explain the situation he asked me to leave ."
