"I’ve been dealing with this clinic for almost 10 years. Service was never really good but it was tolerable. Ever since they’ve moved into the new building, you can’t get anyone on the phone. The phone options aren’t updated. I’ve been trying for weeks to get help with my medication because I don’t have the transportation to get down there. I live pretty far away and there’s no public transportation. I’ve reached out through emails, and still didn’t get sufficient help. I finally just had to go through all of the options to get a person. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I’m not sure why I’m shocked, they’re always rude there. Luckily I got a hold of a social worker that seemed to actually care and gave me some helpful information. All I can say is, people that have to attend this clinic already have a lot to deal with. It doesn’t help that the staff is rude and don’t care."

"This is a great clinic. They will help anybody get adiquate health care - no matter what their health insurance or employment is. They care! To all the people who get upset about the long waits, difficult to work with pharmacy, remember this is a public health service. They have it tremendous work load. I'm sure they do the best they can, but there are just days where there are too many people trying to get care. Are they supposed to just send people away?"
