"I always feel rushed! And seeing a different provider every appointment feels like I’m talking to someone who knows nothing about me or my medical history and they never follow up from the last appointment. I feel alone in this process and I would not recommend this to any pregnant woman."
"Dr. Robyn Garcia and NP Sharp have made this pregnancy breezy for me. I have never once felt rushed, unimportant, or like a bother. They have always taken their time with me, and that speaks volumes. 10/10, 100% recommend."
"This experience I had with the doctors and nurses staff in general were amazing very helpful, kind and generous and things to help guide people. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and professional. I would definitely recommend this to friends, family colleagues and associates ."
"We were unsure of what to expect because we had a horrible experience with our previous OBGYN. However, the staff was been very attentive to my care from the initial point of contact when I was called to get notified of my 1st appt. I asked many questions & every question was answered. I was used to being rushed from my previous OBGYN but Belinda was very attentive from the start & explained thoroughly my health concerns &options as well as directions since I was a 1st time patient. The front desk was super attentive as well. I have been dealing with extreme nausea/vomiting and chest pains from early on, along with other severe symptoms during my pregnancy. I had to step out of the waiting room and run to the restroom nearby. Upon returning, the front desk personnel asked if everything was okay and I informed her I had to step out and rush to the restroom, she provided me with water. Something so simple but made a huge difference from my previous OBGYN staff that disregarded the present symptoms, they would look away when I had to rush to the restroom. My husband was also surprised and thankful for her immediate response. The medical professional who attended me at first took my medical history and was attentive to all the details I had from my previous OBGYN, ER visits, to symptoms and other concerns I had. She listened carefully, took many notes, and followed up with great responses. She also shared she had a family member with similar symptoms, and we were able to connect. She took her time when we were listening to the baby's heartbeat, which I was thankful for. My previous OBGYN did not allow us to have enough time to listen to the heartbeat and as first-time parents (we've had 3 previous miscarriages, this is our first rainbow baby), this meant a lot to us. She even tested out the heart rate monitor I brought in with 2 additional ones from the office and was able to explain different options since I'm petite so some things work for me while others do not. She did great, thank you so much! Charlotte Sharp was the nurse who came in after and noticed I was taking a nap when she walked in, she quickly grabbed a pillow to accommodate me. I was used to the other OBGYN that made me get up even when I was weak and couldn’t get up. A small gesture like this went a long way, I was able to speak to her about my medical concerns/history & she was very attentive. Her main concern was that I was comfortable during the visit and that really made a difference to us. She explained all of our options in each category, my husband and I learned new facts/options that we were unaware of. Dr.Robyn Garcia came in last and just like all the previous medical staff, was able to further explain other concerns/options. She recommended extra testing to rule out any other underlying conditions. I was able to feel the care and personalized attention from the her and the medical staff. The porta is user friendly. Once there is an exam result that is available, it gets uploaded, you get notified, and you can see the date/time the medical team views it. There are also explanations that help you understand more about your results. I was able to see my blood test results & it explains alot of how I've been feeling. It's kinda hard to explain to others how you feel when in normal pregnancies some of these symptoms should have resided but yours have gotten worse, so it made me feel much better knowing that there is a medical explanation to back up my symptoms. I'm excited to have a new team of professionals that care, know how to treat high-risk pregnancies and are understanding to all of my concerns. I was disregarded/ignored with my previous OBGYN & her staff when I wanted to address certain symptoms & get a clear understanding of why I was feeling the way I was. But here, I know that I am being heard, and in good hands. There is a different atmosphere of excellent personalized care, I was able to see that firsthand, thank you for a wonderful first visit. -CYNTHIA AJIN"
"My ultrasound resulted in some devastating news. I was not given options, we just got told to go down stairs to get admitted for surgery. Nothing was explained to us. If I wasn't educated about my diagnosis I would've gone through with surgery without an explanation of my options, risk, or benefits of the procedure. Please do a better job at talking to your patients about their diagnosis. Emotions are high when receiving bad news. Some patients can't think of the right questions to ask at the time. Please allow them time to process or give them information so they can ask questions. They were nice when speaking but their lack of empathy and lack of options/education on my situation will make me not return to this facility."
