"Dr. Jamis Crooms is unprofessional and a scammer. I went in for a physical, the website to schedule appointments did not offer me anything other than comments on what I’d like to be addressed. I paid a $20 copay and the AIDE (not sure of her title) was the only one I saw, all she did was take basic information. The aide told me I only scheduled for an office visit but she would check to see if the physical could be today. When the aide informed her that I did not intentionally schedule an office visit, I overheard Crooms unprofessionally telling the aide saying “okay and? She reschedule.” I was in there for not even 5 minutes and never saw a doctor. I knew it was a mistake to even TRY a Kelsey-Seybold doctor. Absolute joke of doctors and clinics associated with the Kelsey-Seybold name. Not to mention scammers. Why would I pay a $20 copay for an aide to take my name down then pay another $20 for physical?? It was my first visit to that doctor but she should NOT be in the healthcare profession."

"I have been coming to Kelsey since I was a kid, one thing I loved is that all of our doctors were in the same place and that walking in the door felt like family. Now I no longer feel that way, I have to travel to multiple locations just to see the same doctors I had been seeing for years. The new staff treat you like a number and less like family. Had it not been for my OBGYN and being with her since I turned 16 I would leave Kelsey altogether. This place no longer feels like family but a business. I remember feeling so comfortable that I drove 12 hours from El Paso just to see my doctor because the level of care was horrendous in other places and I hate that I now feel like that here at Kelsey. Nothing wrong with the doctors that I see currently, this just does not feel like family anymore."

"I recently visited this clinic for what I thought was a routine cyst examination. However, I was taken aback when I was informed about the clinic's out-of-network status with my insurance, a fact that wasn't communicated during my previous visits. I understand that insurance matters can be complex, but I would have appreciated transparency upfront. The sudden change in billing practices without prior notice or discussion is disappointing. Additionally, I've paid $200 for two visits where no substantial services were rendered, which I find frustrating."

"Nice, friendly and efficient clinic in the Tanglewood area. The doctors are knowledgeable and experienced. We had brought our grandkids and they were at ease throughout. The clinic wasn't busy this weekday morning and we were in and out quickly. The ambience in the clinic is great. This is one place we would not like to visit frequently but if we needed to, this is a place we trust."
