Reviews
"Lovely pediatric. I would refere anybody to them"
"I don't write reviews much but this experience rubbed me the wrong way. My daughter was a new patient there and we ran late. It takes 45 minutes to get there. The receptionist called the doctor to see if they could still see us and they said no. There was one other patient there. I understand doing this for adults but you are a pediatric and adolescent clinic. In order to get to this appointment on time I would have had to leave my house an hour and a half before the appointment time and I have another daughter that gets dropped off at school around that time. God forbid there be an accident on one of the 4 highways that I had to travel to get there."
"Very clean polite great doctors and nurse I recommend anyone to go there my experiment there was fantastic love it wouldn't have no other way"
"I have been bringing my son to this clinic since he was born and never had a single problem the nurses were super nice, but the past few visits have been just horrible. They changed nurses and they were all so rude, for my son to get his blood taken out they had to bring in 4 nurses ,one being male, to hold my then 1 1/2 year old son, he has NEVER been held down like that and then they didn't even get any blood. Today we went and it was again another bad experience. Once we got done with the doctor visit we waited to get some lab work done and once again he was being held down way to harsh for a 2 year old, and they were not able to get any blood from him. I had also asked for the medicine prescription to be printed for me since the pharmacy is having trouble receiving it and JC Beltran said well we don't do that and was rude about it. He wasn't just rude to me, while my mom sat in the waiting room she saw that there was a lady that was hearing impaired and she was trying to get JC Beltran's attention and once she did she tried asking him something and he cursed and just looked frustrated and annoyed. Which is very unprofessional of him. There is still nurses here that have seen my son since he was a baby and they have never been rude so it's sad to have to find somewhere else to take my son. This clinic has just changed it's staff and they are just rude."
