"I was bitten by a dog and they were the only urgent care open. They took great care of me and my wounds. Dr Nguyen was super helpful and kind during my need. With insurance (BCBS) the visit was also very affordable. Highly recommend - especially for urgent/non life threatening medical needs"

"Horrible experience. I have a health condition that requires special medical supplies. Over the holiday I unexpectedly ran out and my doctor’s office was closed a few days for the holiday. I called this emergency center to verify they had the supplies I needed. The person on the phone confirmed they had what I needed and could help me. I paid the extremely pricey visit fee and upon seeing the doctor I was informed they don’t have what I need and they can’t help me. The nurse didn’t take any of my medical history until after they dismissed me from the room. As I was walking out the door he said he needed to ask me some questions. Every aspect of my visit here was very unprofessional. Aside from giving me misinformation and waisting my time, they charged me for my useless “doctor visit.” The doctor literally did nothing except come in the room and say he couldn’t help me. Save your money and time by going to another more professional emergency establishment."

"Yes. I had a fantastic experience here!! Came in with a UTI and they were able to see me immediately, no wait. They had onsite labs and were able to run tests immediately to confirm an infection. They called in my prescription and I went to pick it up an hour later with no problem. The staff was super friendly as well. I will 100% be returning here if needed."

"I took my son here while visiting from out of state to get tests for RSV, Covid, and flu. No other services were provided and no medical advice was given. The facility was nice and staff helpful. I knew this would be an expensive option for testing, but was shocked to see that my insurance was billed almost $8000 for this visit. Of this, I was responsible for almost $1000. Billing $8000 for a 20 minute visit and 3 swabs/rapid tests feels predatory and unethical. I would encourage others to look elsewhere for care to avoid a ridiculously large bill."
