"I’ve been coming here for many years for my annual DOT physical. It’s always a quick and easy process. Today I was having a particularly bad day, very upset over the Covid situation and some other personal things, and I was worried my BP would be off the chart. The nurse who took my stats talked to me and calmed me down SO much, my BP was actually below normal. I wish I knew her name so I could mention her personally. She was a lovely African American lady, who’d just gotten married and had beautiful nails. I hope you know you have a gift. Thank you for being so kind to me today. I’ll always remember you."

"This is the worst medical company I've ever been to. I've been to them twice. Both times, I failed the exam for various reasons and had to go to my doctor for a recommendation letter. After providing the letter, I was still turned down. This doctor looked for every little thing he could to disqualify me. Even for issues not relating to the job I was trying to get. How does a little swelling on your ankle stop you from being a bus attendant. Sitting down on the bus. SMDH!!!!"
