"I tend to try and be fair with reviews and give companies a chance. However, I am growing increasingly frustrated with this company. This has not been a good experience at all. I got my RX in October 2023, it is now February 2024 and I am still not registered. I cannot order from any company because no one has my RX on file. I emailed about 10 times within the last 4 months and I have gotten ONE email back. My doctors office has sent multiple requests for medical records and they have not been responsive. I am really feeling like I have been scammed out of $100. The only reason there is more than one star is because I was able to quickly get an appointment but the follow-up is non-existent."

"Scam, I have been trying to cancel this service for 2 months. It's useless. Then they fraudently charged my new card. I didn't give them my new card info they found out somehow. Calling my bank to report fraud as they keep hanging me up. The worse"

"The phone conversation was horrible. Our communication would only last around 30 secs, at which time the call would disconnect. I understand that things like this happen, however all that the Dr did was tell me someone would call me the next business day. This also did not happen. Due to the poor call quality I learned nothing and could not hear/tell what happened. It is very disturbing at this point that there was no further attempt to inform me of what would occur next. Also disturbing is that there are no other methods in place to prevent or circumnavigate a poor phone call. Right now I have paid for the service but have no idea of what is going to happen now."

"The staff who scheduled the appointment failed to mention the time was eastern, I’m in central and was not prepared for my doctor when he called. Then, when I went to order the medicine, the doctor never updated the system and the dispensary couldn’t find my prescription. Definitely could do better."
