"Been seeking for some counseling for a while now (doctor's orders) and before coming across vida I had already been pretty much left hanging or as one would say "left on read" from a previous attempt elsewhere. I explained my situation, talked insurance and so on. We seemed to have missed each and that's normal I get it. However reaching out is hard enough for me, asking for help, I dislike doing, and apologizing when I technically have done nothing wrong (sigh). I suggested we made things more official and gave my info and was waiting to hear from them to give my insurance card or ID etc. I got ghosted. It's places/people like this that makes me uncomfortable seeking/asking for help in the first place. I suggest if you're depressed or suicidal, seek help elsewhere. These people will just add fuel to the flames of the existing issues you're already dealing with. Been a month since you ghosted me vida, thanks for nothing."
