"Dr. Justiniano has renewed our trust in an a healthcare provider. She is attentive, genuine, caring and goes out of her way to make you feel worthy of good medical care. She is through and transparent. Takes time to LISTEN and VALIDATE your thoughts and feelings. My husband found Dr. Justiniano when he needed a provider asap for an acute illness after being in the ER and his prior physician didn’t care about his condition. She saw him quickly and got him the proper treatment; where his other specialist ignored him. Dr. Justiniano has celebrated my successes and supports families with mental health & NuroDiversity needs. She uses a data and science backed approach but also takes your opinions and concerns into consideration. She strives to make you feel safe and that you have choices in how you want to care for your own body. I’m so happy to finally have a PCP who cares after being fed to the wolves for the past 10 years with ARC."

"Front office medical assistant was very brash and idiosyncratic in her decision making, as she acted like she was sending the doctor a message to ask if she would still see me, as I was 12 minutes late. I highly doubt she sent a message to the doctor and received a reply in 20 seconds. The fake typing was just plain unprofessional and very noticeable. The medical assistant Daniella or Danielle was her name in my opinion made an idiosyncratic decision immediately that I needed to reschedule and then after I mentioned having called the appointment line and the scheduler let me know I had 15 minutes of which time I would be considered late. The medical assistant Daniella, in a perfunctory manner, offered to ask the doctor if she would still see me and then "fake-typed" a message and response within 20 seconds. This idiosyncratic behavior does not align with the reputation of such a distinguished name of Baylor Scott, and White Clinic. I was late, however I don't believe she actually sent a message to ask and made the decision on her OWN accord and not the doctor's."

"I love Baylor Scott and White but i cannot recommend Kyle location. First of all, I called to tell them I was running late and they said it was fine but when I got there they refused to see me. The receptionist was very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I left work early to drive 45 mins to Kyle for nothing. I will never ever ever again go to the Kyle clinic. I would recommend they avoid this clinic at all costs."

"The front office staff is really nice but I just have so much trouble here. I've been out of meds for 5 days and had to call someone to help me get my prescription. They sent the wrong amount of medication five days of waiting. This office just feels very disorganized and I think I'll be looking for a new office."

"I do not suggest going to this clinic. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy but they needed more information which the Doctor never provided to the pharmacy nor to my insurance. After several communications from the pharmacist and myself the Dr never responded to them or to the insurance for me to get my medication. The Dr response to me was for me to pay out of pocket for a medication that my insurance covers. Over a month and still no medication. If you would like to stay in good health, avoid this clinic."
