"The drawing board in the waiting room was nice. It kept my kids occupied while waiting for the appointment to start. That was the only nice thing about that place. You go in to the treatment area, it is an open area with 3 or 4 beds. There is a room with glass walls next to the area. My 2 kids were running around overstimulated because of the open area. It felt too sterile. White on white on white. The hygienist didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, and then I asked to move to the glass wall room. My kids calmed down. The doctor also didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. I asked a question and it took me 3 tries before he finally understood what I was asking (it was a simple question too). They also refused to provide an in person interpreter, although I repeatedly asked for one. The connection was lost several times. They didn’t provide effective communication under the Americans with Disabilities Act."

"This dental visit was the best my daughter has had so far. My little girl has a lot of anxiety over doctors in general. The patience of the staff and kindness they showed my girl helped her not panic. She even stated, “I’m trying not to freak out” and when she told them the tools were cold, Dr Christopher patiently allowed her to blow in it warm and only continued when she said she was ready."

"By far the best dentist office I’ve taken my kids to. They were super awesome and patient with my 3 kiddos, oldest being 5yrs , my 2yr old and youngest being 9months. Highly Recommend you take your children here, especially parents with kiddos that are scared or have had bad experience in the past."
