"This location is clean, convenient, and the staff is very nice. I have seen Dr. Badyal a couple of times when I couldn't get in with my asthma doctor and both she and her nurses/MAs are attentive and very caring."

"This location is convenient for me to visit, close to home. However, lately I am receiving heavy bills for payment. like for instance this one, I went with slight fever, Doc wanted to get Covid Tested, I said sure, a couple of weeks later I get a bill, $ 286 for Covid test, and a $168 fees for provider. Really ? $286 for Covid test in 2023?. Worse they didn't let me know upfront that it actually costs this much for a covid test, I was in for a surprise later. I know I have higher deductible, but still $ 286 for Covid test guys?"

"The friendliness of everyone I worked with in person aside (they were very nice), I was billed for services that I did not receive; billed for two appointments when I was having my physical. My insurance covered one, and I am left on the hook for $206. Spoke to insurance, they said it's on ARC. I reached out to ARC 3x in the last month and I haven't received any clarification at all on how to handle this or go about this, and I've been completely blown off. The transparency here is a disgrace and the professionalism is absolutely terrible. It isn't fair how you're treating your patients."

"After seeing Dr. Burri. I was billed for the visit & unnecessary blood test that had already been done (for the sake of his knowledge) & because his staff messed up on not having my hospitalization info on file (when I scheduled this appointment as a hospitalization follow up). Other than this, I am infuriated with the fact this place is so expensive for 10 minutes of the doctor's time & no actual care given other than his "preferred drug" for my situation. I did not feel like I had a voice or the ability to say no to additional blood tests & his suggestions. So if you want to feel like you aren't just a money bag, & want to be heard, go somewhere else. I had some of this info in a previous review, but cant edit, so sharing again."

"I had a visit with Dr. Sandeep, Badyal and she was amazing. They very quick to get me in for my appointment I was waiting maybe 20 mins but that was because I was a new patient and needed to fill out some paperwork. This was the first time I felt like I had a doctors full attention and wasn't balanced between multiple other patients. She took her time with me and answered my million questions. The entire staff here is extremely nice and I was so happy I found this facility. Don't listen to the negative reviews, I am surprised that there are any after the experience I had. They are truly amazing here."
