"The young woman who took my urine sample yesterday afternoon was incredibly crass as soon as she called me back. When I was unable to produce the urine sample the first time due to a shy bladder, she then proceeded to raise her voice at me as if she were scolding a child. I'm not sure if she was simply having a bad day, but the behavior displayed was completely childish and unprofessional."
