"Everyone at the front desk is always awesome and so are the doctors but whatever lady they have running the cashiers desk has a serious attitude problem. I've been a patient at this location for multiple years and she refuses to give me my medication I was prescribed because she did not read notes about the fact that I have multiple rx's at that location. She laughed at me and even rolled her eyes when I explained how much of an issue what she is doing to me actually is. This is not the first time I've had the same issue with the same person. I've filed a complaint with the head offices as well, that is no way to treat a patient that is simply doing what the Dr has ordered"

"I love Planned Parenthood! The staff is friendly, attentive, helpful, empathetic. My go to place for birth control and sex education. Parking is easy, the building is nice and clean, safe, what else can I say. They work with my insurance and they have different payment methods if you need it. They do so much for the community and the youth."

"A wonderful experience. My wife and I came for a (wanted, planned) pregnancy scan and were treated with kindness and respect from start to finish. We live abroad and therefore were paying on our own (without US insurance), and were grateful to have accurate estimates sent to us days in advance of our appointment. Asia, the technician, was an absolute star--kind, open, generous with her time, and mindful that not all experiences there are the same. I appreciated the care and attention they gave my wife, and am grateful for the patience they extended me as a partner."

"This place was incredible! Thank you! Note to those not working currently in a medical field... we’re short staffed and to do a good job properly it takes times. These guys are worth the wait! We waited about an hour but again worth the wait. Just prep that time in your appointment’s time. My husband and I live overseas. I no longer have insurance in the states. We found out we were expecting right before we flew over from overseas in December. We thought we’d do all the doctor stuff here. The USA health system is now worse than a third world country my conclusion. We called every doctor in every state we visited for work just hoping someone would just take me to say a due date, it looks good, here are meds for morning sickness, and to hear a heartbeat. None of them would take me due to paying out of pocket, not having insurance, and not being a regular client. Finally as we were traveling through Houston, my husband just said give these guys a try. Thank you plan parenthood for giving young women help! I am greatly appreciative of it! And you guys were professional, respectful, private, personal, and amazing! Thank you! These guys are worth it! And the few people complaining about time on reviews... it’s everywhere! Be kind and be patient! It’s worth the the wait! They were excellent! Be fortunate that you even have something like this go to. If you haven’t lived in a third world country... put your foot in your mouth. Plan parenthood, you deserve more compliments!
