"Called this office after being referred and the lady who answer was abrasive and rude. I called on 11/11/2019. I called looking for Physical Therapy as I was specifically referred to them to do so. After asking to be referred to a group that can help out this individual became rude and unwilling to help out. Customer service needs to be more of a focus here. I hope that this review serves to show that this needs to be corrected."
