"Steer clear of this clinic! The only thing they are good at is wasting your time. I had an appointment at 4:30. I arrived on time and yet I was left in the patient room for 45 minutes at a time. The doctor was asking us a million questions as if she didn’t understand the request for a simple TB test. Are you even qualified? Can you show professionalism? Not at this clinic. Also, I needed a Hep B titer. This request caused the “medical professionals” to leave us unattended once again for atleast 30 minutes only for the nurse to return with a referral to a lab that she said we could walk too. When asked about the closing time, she stated that it was closed. So, how do you refer a patient to a closed lab knowing I needed the titer that day. An apology was not even granted and I left the office at 6:00 pm. Keep in mind we were one of the few patients remaining."
