"Not very good ! I had an 8 am appointment and was sent a message to come 20 minutes early even though the clinic didn’t open until 7:58. Waited for about 15 minutes in waiting room. The doctor came in the room and humiliated me as much as she can , as I am not keeping up with a few diagnostic tests ( colonoscopy or colo guard) I don’t feel comfortable with . I am not watching on my diet as I am going through a rough patch of my life. And she scold me badly on every single thing. I had some refills on some medicine from the pharmacy as I am going overseas on vacation and she insulted me on that too. So many more things , every sentence I said to her was thrown back on my face. The last time experience was not smooth also . that is why I don’t want to come back to this doctor. I went to her to feel better but came back worse . Remembering her statement I even cried a few time and felt sad for a couple of days ."

"As a new patient at village medical. I recently visited the Louetta location in Houston, Tx. I love the new age and contemporary office atmosphere. From the front desk staff, to the nurse at triage. The handling of care was very professional, I must say and would highly recommend the care of the doctor and her team for having a well structured and organized team of care quality & staff. "The front desk ladies were very pleasant. The nurse was exceptional. She checked everything before Dr. Varghese came in. Dr.Varghese was very thorough. Had me tested for strep but was negative. Sent over prescriptions right away. Thank you for your office being welcoming."

"I just love this location, the staff is very professional w/bedside manner and PCA Jamie Tran is so very thorough and goes over every tests and gets to the bottom of any health concerns per necessary testing before medications are prescribed. She answers all of your concerns and help with preventative measures too. The office is always clean. They follow up with you as well no matter how minor or major your health concerns are."
