"We have worked with the Auto Doctor on a few occasions, but on our most recent need, Mark was very forthcoming and brought things to our attention that feel under a warranty. Even after the dealerships were a struggle to work with, Mark walked me through paperwork and explained things clearly and made for sure I had all the knowledge on my vehicle to get it taken care of...even at the expense of doing the work himself. I say this because whenever he has fixed our vehicles, he's done an excellent job, but with this occasion, he was honest, showed integrity and gave helpful expertise even when he didn't have to. "It was so frustrating to experience car trouble while in Leander, away from my home in San Antonio. Thankfully, The Auto Dr. was able to take my car in by the next day! Kathy picked my car up first thing in the morning and had it ready for me sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to meet Mark in person or see the shop (since they'll pick up and deliver your car) but they were a pleasure to work with. They'll treat you right and will let you know if a repair is unnecessary, unlike the dealership. My only disappointment is that they're not in San Antonio. Thanks guys!
