"The receptionist at the front and medical assistant were very professional and patient. However the physicians assistant who saw my mom was HORRIBLE. She acted like she didn't even want to touch my mom, didn't give her care options for my mom's conditions other than home remedies. Over a $100 visit for being told that she didnt want to negate my moms symptoms but basically was not going to do anything for her. TOTAL waste of time and money."

Medications are sent right away and they answer all of your questions even when calling back after the appointment. This is our go to place for urgent care visits."

"I had a unique experience dealing my sick grandmother. She urgently needed to see a nurse while the clinic was very busy. So the nurse decided to see my grandmother while also seeing her other patients with appointments. They could have made my grandmother wait but she was seen by the nurse very quickly. And my granny was very pleased by how polite the nurse and staff was to her. She will be returning."

I called NE Family Urgent Care Clinic and was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. the doctor I saw was very kind and patient. She listened when I was talking but most of all the staff was phenomenal! they were very thorough and overall it was a joyful experience even though I was in pain. I have highly recommended others to this location and will continue to do again."
