"If I could give no stars I would! I was seen max 5 times at this clinic, requested my medical records through their useless system of healthmark and waited patiently until I was notified from my new clinic that they received a letter saying no records were found for me, I called Healthmark and was told they had request them at the wrong clinic but a new request was placed to the right one, I continued waiting, I even direclty faxed Legacy a paper request and still no luck, I was notified today that my request was sent directly to the facility since they could’t locate my records! Few days ago I called the clinic asking if there was any other way I could get my records and the lady who answered kept wanted to transfer me to healthmark again when I had explained to her they were not helping me at all! She even said If I got in person they were not able to give me all my records! I am a high risk pregant patient and urgently need my records in order to be seen by a new Doctor! This is so frustrating! I am now waiting for more than one hour trying to talk to someone who can finally do their job but seems like I will be waiting here until my baby is born!"

"Very worse clinic they canceled my appointment with out me know when I get there,they told me my appointment have be canceled. and then nurse need to learn how to talk to patients we are there that way we can get heal not getting worse come on."
"Over the past seven years, I've encountered significant issues, particularly with check-in efficiency, prolonged wait times, and disorganized customer information processes. The frequent lack of system updates during my visits has contributed to a sense of dissatisfaction. Despite these concerns, the primary reason for my continued patronage is the necessity of having my children treated by your doctors. While I value the expertise of your medica. professionals, addressing the service-related issues would greatly enhance the overall experience for me and, I believe, for other long-term customers. However, I feel compelled to express that I will not be recommending your service to others, and regrettably, I have decided not to continue as your customer in the future. I believe my experience highlights areas that need improvement, and I hope you take this feedback into consideration for the benefit of your patients."
"I wish i can give anything less than one star. Second time coming for my appointment spent 30mins on the line and being told my appointment was canceled. At first I was called to cancel, then it changed to i called to cancel, third the doctor is no longer in the location the last was that the nurse said they spoke to me about it. What type of lies are all this? Then the supervisor is telling me they are trying to accommodate me on another date. Do you guys even think of how people leave everything to meet up appointments? Do you think of how the patients have been feeling prior to that appointment but no, what do i know. If I had come late for the appointment you won't answer but you can sound as if there is nothing wrong canceling me appointment without prior notice and giving attitude like they don't care."
