"The staff here are so nice and I’m so happy they take my insurance. I was being super chatty and they engaged me in conversation and listened to my symptom list. The receptionist, manager, and doctor were so kind and caring. I felt listened to— I needed a second opinion because I didn’t trust my telehealth doctor’s opinion. It was nice to just get a response really quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely come here again for any urgent needs."

"Update: I have to take back what I said. My symptoms are worsening, and when I called for advice, the female doctor was really rude and was also undermining the male doctor who saw me. It was very unprofessional, and it greatly devalued my view of this facility. Either the first doctor didn't know what he was doing or the second, but I can't trust either of them now. Old review: I had a good visit here. The staff were attentive, and I was taken care of quickly."

"The NP who was working when I visited did not address my concerns and brushed them off, I was told a test wouldnt be necessary because I didn't look sick.( I work in a hospital that requires a test and even after telling him this I was told to take DayQuil while I was at work and NyQuil to sleep.)Also when they took my vitals she did not take into consideration the fact that I had been drinking cold water so my temperature was not accurate, when I told her this after my temp was done orally she did not try to get a temporal reading to verify my temp. The woman at the front desk was very nice but once I got to the back my experience was underwhelming."
