"I've been seeing Dr. Ndua for 2 years with at least one visit every 6 months. He is great. Great enough that I've driven an hour each way for all of my appointments. I've always had a copay of $45. Every single time. Until today. With no explanation, they want me to pay $140 (each visit) now with absolutely zero changes to my insurance. I specifically asked for an explanation of rhe cost difference between what they have charged me and what they are trying to charge now. His response. "I wouldn't know". Fantastic Doctor, but I'm not paying almost $300 a year with insurance, with no explanation as to why the cost of my visit tripled. I may have, with an explanation. Staff, do better!!"

"I have been seeing Dr. Ndua for several years now, and the quality of care I get from him is always wonderful and I always feel my concerns are listened to. However, the administrative staff often leave much to be desired. They frequently set their phones to go to voicemail automatically, making it impossible to set an appointment. I understand everyone needs a lunch break, but I do not understand why everyone has to go to lunch at the same time, leaving the phones unmanned. Why not stagger their lunch breaks? I usually have to call 3-4 times before I'm able to actually speak to someone."

"I had an appointment at 3:35. I waited there more than 1 hour. When my documents were ready, the secretary (with blonde hair) was busy with her phone so it took another 2-3 minutes to get my papers."

"So I went here for my DOT Physical. The price was the best I have found in the area. The young ladies at the counter did an excellent job taking care of me as well as laminating my DOT card when they issued it. The Dr. was very professional and courteous. He also made some wonderful recommendations for my health that I was able to talk with my primary care physician and implement in to my personal care to better my weight loss journey. This was a great experience! I will be back for sure."
