"This service is horrible. I did test their Wednesday. They told me to call on Friday. No Response. Today is Wednesday of the following week no Response. I'm calling the office atb10:30 no answer. Horrible Service. Does not recommend."
"I'm a tough, but fair reviewer. The location is easily accessable, and the location has adequate parking. I brought my spouse to this clinic on short notice (1 1/2 hour), to be treated for an allergic reaction. The total wait time was about 30 minutes following triage, where triage occured after a 15 minutes wait during which we completed intake paperwork and made payment. The clinic was clean, orderly, and the staff couteous, knowledgeable with good bedside manner. The experience was positive."
"Im really confused by these other posts. 3 co-workers recommended this office and they all said that they had a good experience, i had a good experience here. I was actually a walk-in. I paid out of pocket and the prices were very reasonable. I had a normal wait time. Maybe it depends on the time that you go. It was pretty crowded but i was still in and out. Im very satisfied. The staff was friendly and professional. I have no complaints. I will be going here again very soon."
"They will not let you walk-in no matter how bad you need to be seen and even after you schedule an appointment they have you waiting over an hour to be called. After asking when i am going to be seen, they stated i was next and still took another patient before me. Once you are finally called it takes about another hour to speak to the doctor. This is my second time here, and my last!"
"DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously though. We immediately changed our PCP after our first visit. Simply awful experience. *LONG wait* *difficult to understand* *just wants to give a prescription without truly wanting to find out WHY AND WHAT the problem is* *staff was unpleasant* *if you call to ask a question you're just repeatedly put on hold to no end* WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE"
