"Showed up on time for my appointment at 11:30am and waited until 12:45pm before finally leaving. The woman who brought me to the exam room was cold, rude, dismissive, and never even looked at me once. She didn't even so much as say hello before she pointed to a room and started asking me a million questions. She handed me an iPad, said "watch this 4 minute video" and then left. I waited in the exam room with no update for an hour. I finally just left and told the receptionist to cancel my appointment. While the technician was running my body test she complained the whole time about the patients always taking too long to fill out their paperwork. She said, and I quote, "Is it really that hard? It always takes like an hour to get them back here." Word of advice, don't complain about your clientele TO your clientele. That is so tacky. Overall, you get what you pay for. I'll leave it at that, good luck if you choose to go here. I definitely will never come back."

"Today was my first time visiting clinic 45, and the welcome as a new pt was not very welcoming. Overall the providers were nice. The wait time was long. As a healthcare professional I guess I was expecting more. Moreover, when I got my labs drawn it was very painful, and when I voice my concerns the lady replied and said “ I have to go deep to reach the blood”. I was very disappointed by that because that is not an excuse and is an inappropriate technique to use. After a few hours I am still in pain. Todays visit was not what I was expecting it to be. I’m very disappointed I spent my money In return for poor customer service."

"Had Lipo in 06/2023 , What a great place with a truly experienced staff, they made me feel super comfortable and the procedure was quick and affordable. I had a Tummy Tuck before and let me tell you that this was a much better idea. In my case no down time , No pain after love !!!!! the results.
